INCI normalizer

An override forces how a raw ingredient string matches, beating the automatic cascade. Matching is case/spacing-insensitive — the raw is folded (lowercased, punctuation collapsed), so Aqua (Water) and AQUA share one override. Leave the canonical blank to force “no match” (kills a wrong auto-hit), or use Not an ingredient to mark disclaimer / marketing text so it's dropped from the export and the review queue entirely. Overrides apply to the next merge and to product edits immediately; hit Re-normalize products to apply them to existing products now.
